APAC Realty, the operator of the ERA brand, announced on March 21 that it had entered into a ERA Master Franchise Agreement with ERA Laos Co. Ltd. With this Agreement, ERA Laos will have exclusive rights to operate or grant memberships for the operation of ERA member broker offices in Laos. For an initial term of 25 years, the Agreement may be renewed for a further 25 years subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions.

As a result of this Agreement, APAC Realty now has a presence in four countries in IndoChina with Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos being part of its network. Moreover, with the addition of Laos, the group now has a network of more than 21,900 agents in 647 offices across 11 countries and territories in Asia Pacific.

The exclusive regional master franchise rights to 17 countries and territories in Asia Pacific are possessed by APAC Realty. With this Agreement, APAC Realty furthers its potential for growth in both the domestic and regional markets. In addition to this, the Agreement boosts the confidence of the era agency force and its customers to pursue greater business opportunities in Laos.
