Flint Davidson has been promoted by CBRE to be its new Head of Pacific Capital Markets. Additionally, he joins CBRE’s Pacific executive committee, announced in a press release on March 21. Since 1997, Flint has been with CBRE and over the past five years he has led the Pacific capital markets office business.

Phil Rowland, CBRE’s CEO of Pacific Advisory Services, states that following an extensive search, Flint was the clear choice to lead the capital markets team.

Recent transactions brokered by Davidson include Link REIT’s purchase of a 49.9% stake in Investa Gateway Office for A$1.15 billion ($1.03 billion), the A$1.025 billion sale of 50% stake in the Southern Cross Towers in Melbourne and the A$925 million sale of half-share of Grosvenor Place in Sydney.

In 2022, CBRE’s capital markets business was ranked highest in MSCI Real Assets rankings in Australia, with a market share of 28.4%. Davidson will continue to work on office deals, as well as broadening his focus on other key parts of CBRE’s capital markets business.
