Bespoke Habitat, a property management company and co-living start-up, have launched a short-term accommodation service for families in Singapore. Located at Bespoke Habitat’s 64C Telok Kurau property, the accommodation units are fully-furnished and ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,600 sq ft. Offering two and three-bedders alongside penthouses, these units are priced between $4,500 and $7,500 per month.

Designed with modern families in mind, every unit comes with a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen and private bedrooms, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi and onsite laundry facilities. The rental period flexibility allows families to rent from three months to a year.

According to Ernee Ong, co-founder of Bespoke Habitat, this offering is part of the company’s commitment to providing more affordable housing solutions catered to modern families. “Our new short-term accommodation service for families is designed to provide a stress-free and comfortable living experience, with all the amenities that modern families need to thrive,” says Ong.
