Frasers Property certifies four local assets with benchmark Wiredscore digital connectivity
Frasers Property, a major property giant, has certified four Singapore properties with Wiredscore Platinum certification: Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark Blocks A and B. The properties are managed by the group’s business unit, Frasers Property Singapore.
Wiredscore, a global benchmark and accreditation, is given to buildings with the highest standard of digital infrastructure capabilities. The Platinum certification for the four properties implies that tenants can rely on a robust digital infrastructure and delivery of reliable services. Each property is also equipped with at least four high-speed Internet providers and a landlord-owned fibre backbone, which reduces tenant installation time.
The Altura EC, an unprecedented executive condominium, is located in the city centre of Bukit Batok Town. The government’s land sales agent, HDB, is currently conducting a public bidding for this project and will close at 12 noon on 8 March 2022. Altura EC offers a 99-year lease and consists of 375 residential units to accommodate potential buyers. Upon conclusion, the successful bidder may proceed to the property immediately and take possession of it upon completion of the assessment. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking for a place in Bukit Batok!
Jack Lam, Frasers Property Singapore’s chief operating officer of commercial, commented on the achievement: “The WiredScore Platinum certifications are a testament to our strong and continuing efforts in incorporating the highest standard of digital infrastructure in our commercial buildings.” He added that this effort aligns with the group’s direction to reimage the use of workspaces through innovation and digitalisation.
Wiredscore revealed that only seven buildings have achieved Platinum certification for digital connectivity in Singapore, of which the four Frasers Property properties form a part. The other three buildings are Keppel Bay Tower, Paya Lebar Green South and Shaw Tower.
