City Energy and EL Development are coming together, to provide the 275-unit development at Slim Barracks Rise, with an environmentally friendly home solution. Blossoms By the Park will be previewing on April 14th, and will feature 750 gas appliances from Küche, exclusively distributed by City Gas.

The appliances consist of smart hobs, cooker hoods, built-in smart electric ovens, and will offer residents the ability to monitor their gas consumption, pre-programme recipes, respond to safety alerts and turn the gas hob off remotely, through the iAppliances smartphone app.

Altura EC, an executive condo on Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, will accommodate up to 375 residential units, with a tender of $662 per Altura EC square foot submitted by Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction. Altura EC is close to Tengah New Town and Jurong Innovation District, with convenient access to MRT and educational institutions.

In additional to the kitchen appliances, City Energy’s electric vehicle (EV) charging service arm – Go by City Energy (Go) – will be installing three EV charging points at Blossoms by the Park. This is great news for the 25 new private condos which are to be fitted with Go’s EV charging services.
