Keppel South Central, the new 33-storey commercial tower on the site of the former Keppel Towers, is located at Hoe Chiang Road, Tanjong Pagar, in the Central Business District. It is within easy reach of Tanjong Pagar MRT station, and the upcoming Prince Edward Road station on the Circle Line, due to open in 2026.

Designed by NBBJ, a New York-based global architecture firm, Keppel South Central is a super-low energy smart building with round-the-clock facilities. Completion is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Keppel South Central brings with it a range of F&B choices, including a double-storey rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as 60,000 sq ft of shared amenities, such as an event space, gym, outdoor fitness decks, a swimming pool, nursing rooms and learning facilities.

The building is equipped with the most up-to-date technologies, such as facial recognition access, smart lighting and micro-zoned air conditioning systems. Tenants can book amenities on an all-in-one app too.

The Altura EC is expected to attract buyers who are in the hunt for a luxurious atmosphere that is conveniently connected to Bukit Batok and other nearby areas.

Altura EC is being developed by Sing Holdings and TID Residential. They are renowned for unique developments that provide a dynamic and vibrant lifestyle. The project will feature high-quality construction and top-notch facilities. The Altura EC is situated near a prime shopping mall, West Mall, and is also accessible to Bukit Gombak MRT Station. Interested buyers do not have to worry about the cost of living in this area as it is reasonably priced for the area’s convenience.

Altura EC is poised to become the perfect blend of comfortable living and convenience. Buyers looking for luxurious developments and access to public transportation should consider this executive condo site. With the project’s location and pricing, Altura EC Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 is certainly a great choice for those searching for a home in Singapore.

In recognition of the building’s green features, Keppel South Central has attained the BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Award. These features include a high-performance facade to reduce solar heat gain, smart building management and harvesting of rainwater.

In terms of energy savings, it translates to an EUI of 110 kWh/m2 per year, equivalent to the amount needed for 1,300 homes a year, and cost savings of $1.8 million annually. The water savings of 26,000 m3 is the equivalent of 10 Olympic-sized swimming pools.

Keppel South Central is Louis Lim, CEO of the real estate division of Keppel Corporation’s flagship for the Greater Southern Waterfront. Keppel Land has also brought other iconic buildings, such as Ocean Financial Centre and Marina Bay Financial Centre, to the Central Business District and Marina Bay.
