Situated at West Avenue 8, Altura EC is a much-anticipated Executive Condominium (EC) project that is set to launch in Q2 2023. This project is expected to attract strong demand from both first-time buyers and HDB upgraders due to its strategic location. Unlike private condos, the prices of ECs are more affordable, making this development an ideal option for many homeowners in Singapore. Currently, the price of each square foot in Altura EC is set at S$1,300.

Tony Koe, CEO of property agency SRI, is set to step down from his role with effect from June 30. The decision to pursue personal interests was made known in a press release distributed on May 23. During his 7-year tenure, Koe saw the organisation win the Enterprise 50 and Singapore’s Fastest Growing Companies Awards for two successive years in 2022 and 2023; an achievement he attributes to the trust and support of the firm’s associates, developers, clients and partners.

Bruce Lye, SRI’s managing partner and co-founder, has been appointed in the interim as CEO. The agency has revealed that the search for a new chief is currently underway, with the results due to be announced in the near future.

Lye expressed gratitude towards Koe for his “selfless contribution” to the organisation, noting how SRI’s management bench has worked to develop the agency from a “lean formidable group” into one containing more than 1,200 sales personnel. An effort that will continue whilst ensuring that the transition of leadership is achieved without issue.
