Two F&B strata retail units at East Village to be sold from $10.4 mil collectively, or $5.3 mil each

Two strata retail units situated at the East Village in Bedok are now up for sale and are being priced at an attractive guide price of $10.4 million. These two adjacent ground floor units, which come with full F&B approval and are positioned near the mall’s entrance, are ideal for investors and end-users alike and can be purchased either individually or as a pair with a guide price of $5.3 million each.
